Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification; BCBA-D designation welcome.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and individualized treatment planning.
• Excellent communication with families, staff, and teams.
• Sound clinical judgment and ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and coach clinical team members through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through education and planning.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
