You'll conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and supervise staff while collaborating with families to support meaningful outcomes across diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification; BCBA-D designation welcome
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Sound clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching, feedback, and professional guidance.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate behavioral data, and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education, training, and collaborative treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and other professionals to promote coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold applicable ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.
