Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required; BCBA-D welcome.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Mentor and coach clinical team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through education, planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold standards.
