Job summary

Futures BTC, a member of the Sevita family, seeks BCBAs to join our team serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The role involves conducting FBAs, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, and creating individualized treatment plans to support learners' growth.

You will provide training and support to caregivers and staff across home, community, and clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree / Certification in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis) required.
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help learners grow.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff.
• Work in home, community, and clinical settings.
