Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services seeks a qualified BCBA to oversee ABA programs for children with autism and developmental delays. The role involves clinical supervision, program development, and coordinating services across in-home, telehealth, and center-based settings.

You will collaborate with families, conduct assessments, analyze progress data, and guide staff to ensure high-quality care and meaningful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental delays.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client.
• Deliver individual and group learning sessions to help clients achieve treatment goals.
• Supervise mid-level supervisors and staff, review goals, and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write treatment goals under supervision.
• Schedule and oversee ABA sessions and telehealth or in-clinic meetings with families.
