Job summary

BTS (Burnett Therapeutic Services) in Solano County seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical supervision and oversee ABA programs for children with autism and developmental delays. The role includes supervising staff, conducting assessments, and coordinating treatment plans across in-home and clinic settings.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and California eligibility to work.

Qualifications

Requires BCBA certification and a Master's in ABA or related field.
Eligibility to work in the United States; California Driver’s license if in-person/hybrid.
Reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental delays.
Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs to client needs.
Deliver individual and group learning experiences to meet treatment goals.
Supervise mid-level staff and monitor progress on goals and treatment plans.
Conduct assessments, write goals, analyze data, and prepare progress reports.
Perform Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools.
Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.
Set up and maintain ABA session schedules and telehealth meetings weekly.
