Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) is seeking a BCBA to oversee ABA programs for children with autism, coordinating with families and staff to drive progress. The role includes developing treatment plans, supervising supervisors and direct care staff, and delivering data-driven interventions in a hybrid in-home/clinic setting.

• Eligibility to work in the United States and CA driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and work in hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism.
• Supervise staff and train mid-level supervisors and direct care staff.
• Conduct assessments, set goals, analyze data, and write progress reports.
• Meet weekly with families and telehealth reviews of treatment plans.
