Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Case Supervisor who is actively completing coursework to become a BCBA and accrue practicum hours. You will supervise 1-3 client cases, earn 10 paid hours weekly, and receive dedicated supervision from BCBAs while developing clinical skills in ESDM, family guidance, and interdisciplinary care.

You will work full-time as an hourly employee, provide direct client therapy, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or BCBA coursework that meets BCBA requirements.
• You must be at least in your second semester of your master’s or certificate program.
• Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with children and families.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and clinical planning.
• Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases, with scope determined by center needs and program progress.
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, family guidance, assessment, and other BCBA-aligned tasks.
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s data platform.
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs, with coaching from BCBAs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skillset.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans using approaches like PFAs and Skill-Based Treatment.
• Support family treatment guidance meetings using Soar’s curriculum.
• Assist with assessments and reassessments using Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM tools.
