• Functional behavioral assessments are performed to guide intervention.
• Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans with IEPs and BIPs.
• Prepare written reports meeting funding sources' criteria.
• Monitor staff delivery of programs to align with goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with school personnel and outside agencies.
• Communicate updated goals to the team and supervise RBTs/BA Training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
• Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans including IEPs and BIPs.
• Serve as IEP team member addressing behavioral concerns.
• Prepare reports meeting funding source criteria.
• Monitor staff delivery and align with goals.
• Collaborate with school personnel and outside agencies.
• Communicate new or amended goals to the team.
• Create data sheets using online MIS and other materials.
• Supervise RBTs and trainees completing CLM Course of Study.
