Job summary

ABRITE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for school-based positions in California. The role focuses on mentoring, collaboration with educational teams, and delivering ABA-based interventions to meet IEP goals.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising behavior intervention plans. TB and fingerprint clearances are required; strong communication is essential for this collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• At least two years of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience training school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Train and support to individualized behavior interventionists.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Develop, supervise, and monitor behavior intervention plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with ABRITE’s education and special service provider teams.
• Maintain regular communication with school district administrators.
