Job summary

Stepping Stone Kids Therapy in Immokalee, FL is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, client-centered care, and data-driven treatment planning.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with SLTs, OTs, and schools while adhering to BACB ethics and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Must hold ABA BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavior assessments as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA-based behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs per BACB requirements.
• Provide caregiver training to promote generalization of treatment goals.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress notes, and documentation timely.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, physicians, schools and other professionals.
