Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change Inc. seeks an experienced BCBA to join our team, delivering ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings in Florida. The candidate will manage FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.

Knowledge of Medicaid and MCO changes, private and commercial insurance, and accurate documentation is essential. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with ABA practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Medicaid provider preferred; familiarity with private/commercial insurance is a must.
• Knowledgeable of current MCO changes and how they impact ABA services.
• Strong experience in FBAs, developing BIPs, and supervising RBTs.
• Ability to work independently across clinic, in-home, and in-school settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families, staff, and external providers.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with ABA and insurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents across clinical, home, and school environments.
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ensure proper ABA intervention implementation.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to ensure therapy effectiveness.
• Stay informed of Medicaid and MCO changes affecting service delivery and ensure compliance with state and insurance regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, billing, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service growth.
