Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy team in North Carolina. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff within a collaborative, center-based setting.

In this role, you will partner with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists, supervise RBTs and fellows, and support families through training and ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (Required).

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, POC updates, and admin tasks during WFH days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinic settings.
