Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-person team in North Carolina. You will manage day-to-day caseloads for children on the autism spectrum, perform initial assessments, and develop data-driven treatment plans.

You’ll lead a collaborative team of therapists and coordinate family support and training. We offer flexible schedules, potential sign-on and relocation assistance, health/dental/vision coverage, and ongoing career progression

Qualifications

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with BACB certification.
• NC LBA licensure or the ability to obtain.
• CPR/BLS Certification or the ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Conduct initial intake and update assessments using standard tools.
• Collect data and craft individualized treatment plans for each child.
