Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to support children with autism using evidence-based ABA methods. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, BIP development, and supervision of BCBA and RBT staff in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or Psychology.
• BCBA certification and supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (NC) in the state of NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement ABA-based treatment programs and adjust as needed.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and team members on strategies.
• Monitor progress and ensure accurate data collection for behaviors and goals.
• Analyze data to guide clinical decisions and ensure effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing training to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists for holistic care.
• Communicate updates and actionable recommendations to families.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis / Psychology

BCBA certification
