Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff needed.
• CPR certification and immunization records upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and standards.

Skills

Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)

Supervising clinical staff

Mentoring RBTs & Case Managers

Education

Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field

Tools
