The Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS) is searching for a BCBA in Livermore, California, to lead clinical work with an emphasis on client welfare and quality service. You will supervise clients and staff, mentoring upcoming clinicians while ensuring top-notch ABA services.

This role offers flexibility and a supportive environment, with a competitive salary of $80k-$85k depending on experience, along with an array of full benefits for full-time employees.

Formación

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff needed.
• CPR certification and immunization records upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clients and staff weekly.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and standards.

Conocimientos

Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)

Supervising clinical staff

Mentoring RBTs & Case Managers

Educación

Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
