Job summary

Hopebridge in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a centered setting. You will design intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating daily with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete treatment planning, plan-of-care updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
