Hopebridge in Indiana seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based pediatric autism therapy in a center setting. You will design intervention plans, perform FBAs, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists to support each child's development.

Formación

• Master's degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.

Responsabilidades

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and plan-of-care updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinic settings.
