Hopebridge in Sun City West, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric autism therapy within a collaborative, center-based team. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while partnering with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentorship and leadership of RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative tasks and POC updates, with work-from-home days.
• Train and support families to ensure consistency across home and clinic.
