Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric autism therapy programs in a collaborative center setting. You will design individualized interventions, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while coordinating with speech, occupational and psychology professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to behavior analysis or psychology.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
