Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized intervention plans and conduct FBAs for pediatric learners in a center-based setting in Akron, OH. You will collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists, mentor clinical staff, and complete administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentorship and leadership of RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative flexibility: update POC and treatment plans on WFH days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency at home and clinic.
