Hopebridge in Indiana seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy team in a fully equipped center. You will design intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to deliver evidence-based care.

You will mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows, coordinate care with families, and participate in structured onboarding, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, with generous compensation and relocation support.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Mansioni

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families for consistency across home and clinic.
