Hopebridge in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design intervention programs and conduct FBAs for pediatric learners in a center setting.

You will collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists, mentor RBTs and fellows, and support families with training. The position offers a hybrid schedule with admin work at home on select days and a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the practicing state.

Aufgaben

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentor RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during WFH days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure home and clinic consistency.
