Hopebridge is a leading pediatric autism therapy provider seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized intervention programs and conduct FBAs within a center-based, multidisciplinary team.

The role partners with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists to deliver evidence-based care. There is mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a flexible work-from-home option for administrative tasks.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
• Active BCBA credential in good standing (Required).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
