Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a center-based team delivering compassionate, evidence-based pediatric therapy. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating daily with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

Aufgaben

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
