Job summary

Hopebridge is a leading pediatric autism therapy provider seeking a BCBA to design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a center-based setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to deliver evidence-based care.

The position offers a balanced caseload, two work-from-home days per month for administrative tasks, relocation assistance, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
