Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy team in a center-based setting. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff.

Collaborate daily with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists; participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and a mission-driven culture. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates; flexible work schedule with administrative days worked from home.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (Required).

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative flexibility: Complete treatment planning and plan-of-care updates during work-from-home days.
• Parent & caregiver support: Train and support families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Education
