Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA/BCBA-D to join our team in New Hampshire. The role focuses on leading ABA programs, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality care in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCBA-D certification is required or preferred.
• State licensure in the practice states where employed.
• Must maintain licensure to practice while employed.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization goals, averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training monthly per client.
• Ensure ethical, individualized client programming and supervision of therapy programs.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings and supervise RBTs.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and ongoing assessments.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Stay current with research, best practices, and act as a therapy resource.
