Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in Michigan seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, supervise, and optimize ABA services for children with autism. You’ll build individualized programs, analyze data, and mentor therapists and technicians.

You will collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes, while ensuring compliance with BACB standards and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• Current Michigan LBA or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to staff and technicians.
• Train families and staff in ABA principles and strategies.
• Deliver direct ABA services when needed and participate in meetings.
