Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will develop individualized treatment programs, provide supervision, analyze learner data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

You will work with families, support staff, and clinicians, maintain documentation, ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA certification.
• Current BACB-credential and Michigan LBA eligibility.
• Experience developing ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical skills, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust plans.
• Provide supervision and coaching to technicians and staff.
• Train families in ABA principles and treatment strategies.
• Deliver direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with families and treatment teams.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality care.
• Support staff development and maintain productivity standards.
• Complete documentation and billing accurately and timely.
• Maintain BACB ethics, Michigan licensure, HIPAA compliance.
