Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA services for children with autism.

You’ll develop individualized treatment programs, provide clinical supervision, analyze learner data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create meaningful outcomes for children and families served by our center.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to staff.
• Train families in ABA principles and behavior strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in parent and treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director and families to support care.
• Maintain supervision and productivity per BACB standards.
• Complete clinical documentation and billing accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Advocate for safety and well-being of individuals served.
