Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and monitor individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will supervise staff, analyze learner data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

You will conduct assessments, ensure clinical quality, complete documentation, and advocate for safety and ethics under BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in relevant field.
• BCBA certification and Michigan LBA/eligibility required.
• Experience developing ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work with families and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor ABA treatment programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and clinical assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust plans.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff.
• Train families in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with families and the treatment team.
• Support staff development and adherence to supervision productivity.
• Maintain documentation, data, and billing accurately.
• Uphold BACB ethics and Michigan licensure requirements.
