Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA services for children with autism, develop treatment programs, supervise staff, and analyze learner data to drive progress.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland), ensure compliance with BACB ethics and Michigan licensure, and provide parent training to support sustainable outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs and intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to staff.
• Train families in ABA principles and treatment strategies.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
