Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children with autism. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

You'll conduct assessments, analyze data, and ensure compliance with BACB and state requirements, while contributing to staff training and program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligible for licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Train and support staff and families in ABA principles, treatment programs, and behavior strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in parent, treatment team, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director, therapists, families, and other providers to support quality care.
• Support staff development, engagement, and retention through ongoing feedback, coaching, and training.
• Maintain BCBA supervision and productivity requirements.
• Complete clinical documentation, data collection, treatment plans, and billing accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
• Advocate for the safety, rights, and well-being of the individuals we serve.
