Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children with autism. You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, oversee data collection, and supervise Behavior Technicians in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will work with families and a multidisciplinary team to produce meaningful outcomes, provide parent training, and ensure compliance with BACB standards and state

Qualifications

• Must have master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification by BACB is required.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments and data.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to staff.
• Train families and staff in ABA principles and strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when needed and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Maintain documentation, data, and billing accurately.
