Job summary

Step It Up ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs for children and adolescents. You will work with RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a hybrid supervision model, balancing in-person and telehealth sessions.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, collaboration with a clinical director, and a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance while delivering high-quality behavioral health

Qualifications

• Compassionate and enjoy working with children and adolescents.
• Willing to collaborate with RBTs and supervise care plans.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis is expected for BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
