Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric therapy team in Rhode Island. The role focuses on delivering ABA services in center-based settings, supervising staff, and collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensed in applicable states where required.
• Experience supervising ABA programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians.
