Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Alexandria, VA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise teams, mentor technicians, and write clinical reports for funding sources, while partnering with families to implement assent-based, person-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree or higher, BCBA certification (or eligibility within 3 months), and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure or registration as required by local statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for the team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
• Maintain client safety as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction.
