Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. We emphasize assent-based, person-centered care and partner with families to support school and life success.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with a collaborative, supportive clinical structure across LEARN Behavioral. We offer substantial benefits, ongoing CEUs, professional development stipends, and a strong emphasis on teamwork

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field and BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure or registration as required by local statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings and ensure safety of clients.
