Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC seeks a BCBA to lead and supervise clinical teams delivering ABA therapy to children with autism in the Timonium area. You will mentor behavior technicians, write reports, conduct reviews with funding sources, and participate in monthly trainings with regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• BCBA certification or exam scheduling within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
