Pho Prime, LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, mentor BTs, write reports, and conduct parent trainings, with a focus on assent-based treatment and family partnership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification required or eligibility within 3 months.
• Minimum 2 years experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
