Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will provide supervision, mentor BTs, and ensure evidence-based, assent-based care in a collaborative setting.

As part of LEARN Behavioral, you’ll work with experienced clinical leadership and contribute to person-centered programs, while benefiting from a strong benefits package and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within the next 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Commitment to values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, excellence.
• Bonus if you have research interest in functional analysis, verbal behavior, feeding, and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure client safety and prioritize treatment implementation.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
