Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with a 401(k), comprehensive benefits, and annual bonuses.

You’ll supervise clinicians, write reports, and lead parent trainings while upholding assent-based treatment and client-centered care. We value collaboration, professional development, and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification required or expected to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
