Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role blends in-clinic and remote work, with 20 hours in each setting, supporting children and families through evidence-based ABA.

You'll lead functional assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with therapists and caregivers to monitor progress and adjust programs, while maintaining compliant documentation. We value balance, continuous learning, and clinical excellence in a supportive work

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
