Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services in our Bloomsburg clinics. You will supervise up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure ethical, outcome-focused treatment plans.

The position includes a strong mentorship culture, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package, with performance bonuses and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background helpful for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered ABA in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors for cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state compliance.
