Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification from BACB and state licensure where required.
• At least some ABA experience in clinic-based settings.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per week.
• Work with ages 2–18, most under 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB/state guidelines.
