Job summary

Helping Hands Family (HHF) seeks BCBA clinicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism across ages 2–18, with most under age 6. You’ll supervise up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, conduct assessments, and write treatment plans while collaborating with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to uphold best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication and clinic-based work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage caseload up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state guidelines.
