Helping Hands Family is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in Bloomsburg, PA. You will work in clinics with direct mentorship and collaborate with clinicians to achieve outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB
• State licensure where required
• ABA experience; RBT background acceptable for new BCBAs
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work ability

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
• Work with children aged 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
