Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, ensuring progress with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
