Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans while collaborating with families, caregivers, and school teams.

You will supervise RBTs, ensure ethical and compliant practices, and contribute to a values-driven culture. Flexible full- and part-time schedules, CEU stipends, and career advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
